All items must be returned within 7 days of receipt for a full refund in the original packaging and in resale condition. All opened or used items cannot be returned. Sale merchandise is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. We will send you an e-mail notification after we have processed your return and issued credit to your account. In the event that your merchandise is damaged upon arrival, please notify us within 24 hours and we will replace the damaged merchandise.
To return an item, please repackage it, enclose a copy of your receipt, and ship by insured, certified mail, or UPS or FedEx Ground. Please provide us with the reason for the return.
