All items must be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund in the original packaging and in resale condition.

Used and special order items cannot be refunded. Sale or discounted merchandise is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

We will send you an e-mail notification after we have processed your return and issued a credit to your account.

In the event that your merchandise is damaged upon arrival, please notify us within 24 hours and we will replace the damaged merchandise.

Repackage the item/s, enclose a copy of your receipt, and ship by insured shipper of your choice.

We will refund or credit the value of the item, including taxes. Shipping charges are not refundable. Items that have been used are not refundable.
